How much is shipping, and when will my order ship?

Shipping is free on US orders over $100. We ship US domestic orders within 2 business days of the order being placed, and you'll get tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International orders go out by USPS International Priority Mail. Delivery times vary by destination and some areas take 2 to 3 weeks or longer. You are responsible for any duties, taxes and customs fees charged by your country.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. The piece needs to be unworn and unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. Email info@gaiagemsus.com to start a return and we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions, so returns cost you nothing. Once we've received and inspected the return, an approved refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.

What does the 1X, 2X, 3X or 6X in a bracelet name mean?

The X number is the strength of the bracelet. A higher number is a stronger bracelet: 6X is our strongest, 1X our gentlest. It is not a count of minerals or stones.

What is the difference between Plain, Thin and Thick?

Plain, Thin and Thick describe the link profile of the band, which is a separate thing from strength. Price tracks both strength and profile, so a Plain 6X can cost less than a Thick 3X.

What are Gaia Gems bracelets made from?

Our magnetic therapy bracelets are handcrafted in surgical-grade steel, titanium and copper, set with genuine gemstones. Our beaded bracelets use natural stone beads on a stretch cord. Every piece's materials are listed on its product page, and the Materials and Mineral Guide covers each stone in detail.

Are the gemstones natural or synthetic?

They are natural. We source authentic, high-quality stones from trusted suppliers. Our Cat's Eye, Citrine and Strawberry Quartz are all natural stones, not synthetic glass and not heat-treated.

What size are the bracelets, and can they be adjusted?

Our beaded bracelets are one size: an 8-inch elastic cord that stretches to fit most wrists. The 8-inch elastic cord applies to the beaded bracelets only. Our link bracelets in copper, titanium and steel are sized by length rather than stretch, so check the sizing details on the individual product page, or email info@gaiagemsus.com and we'll help you pick the right fit.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Authentic Gaia Gems products bought from this site or an authorised retailer carry the Gaia Gems Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, covering clasp mechanisms, link integrity and plating failure under normal use. You can exchange a product within 90 days of purchase if it has a manufacturing defect. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic imperfections, the natural patina that develops on copper, or loss and theft. How do I care for my bracelet?

Wipe your bracelet with a soft, dry cloth after wearing, and keep it away from harsh chemicals, perfumes and chlorinated or salt water. Take it off before swimming or showering. Copper pieces develop a natural patina over time. That is the metal behaving normally rather than a fault, and it can be polished back if you prefer the brighter finish.

Do magnetic therapy bracelets treat medical conditions?

No. Gaia Gems bracelets are sold as jewelry and wellness accessories. They are not medical devices, and nothing we say about them is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please talk to a qualified healthcare provider about any medical concern. If you have a pacemaker, an insulin pump or any other implanted electronic medical device, check with your doctor before wearing magnetic jewelry.
