Great quality. Although the length adjustment is similar to a watch, there is no fine adjustment at the clasp like a watch has so the variation is limited to link removal. That said, its simple to do and comes with the link removal tool (but a pair of slip pliers is useful for putting the pin back in tight).
Finished is very good. One adjusted its very comfortable to wear.
